How can I get a free gps software for smartphone without internet connection?

Is there any free GPS software for Windows Mobile 6.1 that does not use an internet connection?

There is Garmin Mobile XT. Your phone must have AGPS though. Also, you need a microSD card to store the maps on. The program is free. But the maps cost money.
