How can I get GPS navigation on my blackberry pearl?

I have a blackberry pearl 8100 and I was wondering how do I get GPS navigation added onto this. I have T-mobile, is this available?

Because your Blackberry Pearl 8100 does not have a built-in GPS, you will need to purchase an external [outside of your phone] bluetooth [the method of connecting to your phone] GPS receiver [unit which finds your location on the globe], such as Garmin’s GPS 10x, or various models by Globalsat, Holux, GlobalTop, and many other manufacturers.

After you have a GPS receiver, you will need software that can both navigate and mapping data. Most carriers offer TeleAtlus, which feels a little cheap (IMO), but you can also use Garmin Mobile for Blackberry.

(It’s nice to buy everything from one company, just in case you run into any problems)
