Is there a free program for VOIP?
I want to call my fathers laptop from my own without using like Skype or Windows Live Messenger. Is there a free program that can do that?
Additional Information: We share the same router and our laptops run XP and Vista. Many Thanks.
If you both have microphones you can chat that way.

The best way is to use Skype If both of them having PC at both Ends.
If you want to call from your PC or laptop using voip to your friends mobile or landphone its not totally free..
