I have adsl modem. I find when I add voip adapter there’s a hardware conflict. Is it a port forwarding issue? Or is it a hardware? And if it’s hardware what’s the best combination of product to avoid technical glitches?

I have a wireless router, and also a cable modem. Is it okay to connect the VOIP adapter to the cable modem and have an Ethernet cable go to the wireless router (which is connected to the computer)? I really don’t want to connect the VOIP adapter to my wireless router…will that create any problems or decrease service quality? Please briefly explain why. Thank you!

Have active VoIP service provider, just the adapter is failed and service provider is not replacing it free.

If I disconnect the wires that lead into the house from the POTS terminal outside, they will have no input. Then can I connect the output jack on the back of my VoIP router to any landline jack in my house to have VoIP to every landline jack?

There is no wired connection.

I need to connect an Ethernet cable from my laptop to my VOIP adapter and bridge the wireless Internet to feed Internet to my VOIP adapter.

Is it possible?
