I tried Skype and it is blocked and I don’t find any solution to keep contact with my family except calling and paying huge bills. Thanks for the help

I work from my home on my computer as an independent telemarketer, and I currently have a headset plugged in. My problem is that sometimes I just want to take off the headset and do something else but if someone calls I won’t hear it ring unless i unplug the headset. Any suggestions?
