Hi,

Im searching online to buy a GPS, sometimes I find GPS navigators and sometimes GPD receivers,

Whats the difference? or are they the same?

I am considering purchasing a gps and I am confused when I see GPS and Nuvi. I want this for automobile travel.

I’ve been looking at the HTC Touch Diamond and IPhone 3G and I noticed that IPhone 3G only has AGPS while Diamond has both.
I did a search and found out that AGPS is assisted by cellular towers and etc to pinpoint location more precisely.

I’m curious as to whether will using AGPS and GPS incur charges from my network provider?

Final Analysis

With both offering so many music and news programs, as well as talk shows and other forms of entertainment, it’s difficult to decide which one is the better choice. One thing is certain. With almost endless entertainment being offered by both services, it’s definitely worth it to subscribe to either one of them.

I’m planning to get a garmin gps but when I looked online, there were so many series available. Baffled by the variety, I don’t know which one is right for me. I need something preferably 4.3 inches, a speaking gps, real time traffic alerts and reroutes etc. I don’t really care about bluetooth or picture views. Can someone give me differences between all the models?
