does voip service work in egypt on the ipod touch?
ok i live in egypt and i downloaded fring , and did that whole voip stunt account and stuff , when i dial ( +20 cuz of egypt ) , the phone doesnt ring , it just goes on until it says call terminated , does voip work in egypt , if so , how to fix this problem ?
