I’m thinking of switching to a VoIP phone service to save money over traditional phone service but I’m worried about quality. Do you or have you ever used this type of phone service, like Vonage? How is the quality of the service? What about the quality of customer service? And did you save money over traditional phone service? Thanks.

I am currently a AT&T subscriber and am thinking of switching my home service but don’t want to go the VoIP route. And does Verizon require a commitment?
