How to track incoming and outgoing calls with Time Warner VoIP?

I have a Motorola SBV5220 and would like to keep track of incoming and outgoing calls. Time Warner only provides me long distance calls online and says I’d need a court order to get access to local call information. Seems weird to me since Vonage provided that information online in near real-time, but anyways…

The question is – is there a way to get into the cable modem to check log files or something like that? I checked the user guide, but it was useless..

Is there any VoIP service that has free incoming and outgoing SMS messages?

Is there a VOIP system I can use for incoming calls that has a sophisocated programmable IVR?

I would like the caller to have several options, some that give further menu options, some options will play messages, and other options will connect the caller to a live operator. I can record the prompts myself. The calls should be answered on a VOIP phone.
It must have an IVR to answer common questions automatically and be able to handle multiple simultaneous calls. Probably 3 callers at a time will suffice.

Is there a way for someone to unblock incoming blocked numbers with VOIP?

My boyfriend has VOIP and we believe his wife (they are going thru a divorce) has somehow found a way to unblock all incoming blocked numbers. Even if I use *67 my name/number show up on the caller ID, as well as all other anonymous or blocked calls they receive. Is this possible?
