I have followed the step-by-step instructions to the T. My internet connection speed at this moment says 100.0 Mbps. Once I connect the JoiPhone equipment, the connection decreases to 10 Mbps and says I have limited access to the internet (when in reality I have no access). What is causing this to disable my internet? How do I make this stupid phone service work? I obviously don’t have a phone to call tech support.
I am using Atlantic Broadband Cable Internet…. I’ve never used VoIP before and know nothing about it.

I have powered down all devices including my computer 4 times already. I made sure that the ethernet cables are in the right places and everything is connected securely. Thanks for any advice.
thank you. I don’t have a router, I am plugged into my cable modem. once i plug into the VoIP adapter, i lose internet connection, it can’t find an IP address. I will have to call them tomorrow, thanks.
