Is there a open source VoIP phone for windows CE?
Im looking for a open source VoIP phone for my ipaq.
I am trying to add voip to my dsl line to use but I keep getting a message on my phone saying DHCP failed?
cable not connected. But all the cables are connected. The company trying to set me up is GoodTelCom out of Korea using their cp-100 phone. I need this set up for a job and the company I am working for only uses this company for their VOIP so I cann’t change providers. Any help would be appriciated.

I’m thinking of switching to a VoIP phone service to save money over traditional phone service but I’m worried about quality. Do you or have you ever used this type of phone service, like Vonage? How is the quality of the service? What about the quality of customer service? And did you save money over traditional phone service? Thanks.
What Specific Bluetooth profiles would be necessary for BOTH Voice recognition & VOIP phone calls via Skype?
I want a Bluetooth headset that would work with both applications, but don’t want to go through 100’s or even 1000’s of dollars.
