My business needs long distance call. I think VOIP will help me. what is the setup cost involved with VOIP?
I am going to do a business. My business needs frequent long distance call. I came to know about VOIP.
The basic requirment into have hi-speed internet connection. Other than the basic requirment, do I need to buy any hardware for attending calls, receiving fax messages etc.
Can you please let me know the hardware & cost involved in VOIP setup?
What do you think is the best audio set up for someone who wants to VOIP and occasionally lifecast?
1) Head set with attached mic (probably bought from Wal-Mart)
2) Bluetooth adapter and getting a bluetooth headset
3) Getting a desk mic and using my computer speakers
What do you think about the idea of putting up a business center for international calling using voip?
Lets say that a lot of people working nearby the location came from overseas. Considering that the major market would have less knowledge about computers and internet. My only worry ,which I have not researched yet is that; … it would appear that i would be grabbing a fraction of the market from the phone company which would be the internet service provider itself… The business would be located in a tourist spot island.

What do you think is the best VOIP service ? I have Skype but am curious as to which is the cheapest. I am trying to calling around then US and Canada as well as International calls to the Philippines. I mostly want a teen line but a good International number wouldnt be bad either.

Do you have any idea about a good business to put up online, particularly via VOIP? For example skype, windows live or gtalk? A good service to put up?
