Is there a way to turn a wireless internet signal to a wired signal for use with a VOIP device?

I am in Iraq and the internet provider is a wireless network that I buy time on. I would like to use my Vonage device, but I need a way to turn the wireless signal to a wired one in order for the Motorola device to work.
