What is the cheapest way to call Ukraine? I heard smth about voip card but I dont know where to buy it.?
I use Skype now. Skype to skype calls are free, but my parents end up paying for internet a lot, so I want to find a cheap calling card (lower than 5c a minute).

My ex husband was stationed in Korea and the cheapest thing I found was something called Nickle Talk. I used it with my cell phone and they send you a bill at the end of the month.
